When Joe segued from Take Me Back into California Girls.
When Joe started the intro to Kentucky Rain the week it debuted. The moment almost brings tears to my eyes.

One countdown I enjoyed doing was from 1974, when Cash Box had Rock On by David Essex at #1--I just knew I had to record that show since it featured one of my favorite songs at the top spot.
Of course, doing the shows from the 1960's feature many songs that rarely get played anymore--except maybe on satellite and some internet stations. In addition, I hope that many youngsters will get to listen to the shows to see what the big deal about music from '60's is all about.

I LOVED Rock On when I first heard it in the radio and still do to this day.

Liked the shows when songs from mid/late 60s Chicago groups snuck into the Top 40.
Two good examples were "Lawdy Miss Clawdy" by the Buckinghams and "Shake" by the Shadows of Knight.
