25 Years Ago tonight, December 8, 1980, John Lennon was shot and killed. Although I was just a figment of the imagination at the time, I was wondering if anyone had a personal story or reflection on where they were that night.

Also - are any radio stations doing anything to commemorate the event? I don't know if any stations back home in Cleveland are, but I don't think anyone is doing anything in Erie or Meadville.

Our classic rock here in Detroit, WCSX-94.7 FM, has been doing a daylong tribute to John Lennon. I just got back from working back in the gym, and I was listening to WCSX and they were playing some Beatles songs, as well as John Lennon's solo hits.
