LOL looks like someone has been reading our Rewind Countdown and other threads here. I think the first half of 74 was pretty bad and we recently discussed the cringeworthyness of some August 75 hits and I was just talking to a friend a couple of nights ago about how bad 81 was. All three mentioned in this article.

Anyway I agree with those who cite 1990 or 91 or any Bush I year. Thank God for Nirvana or Clinton or whoever pulled us out of that skid.
