Is Casey's estate trying to sell it again, or did it get purchased before and the house's successor decided to sell it?
I can see what is happening lately. COVID-19 is causing havoc in Southern California (and many densely populated states), and people are so tired of the crisis that residents are considering moving out of the big city and heading to the country where it is less densely populated.
There is an article stating that populations in big cities are now in decline, as residents in those big cities are moving out to the country where spreading the illness (or is it disease?) is less likely. Plus they are choosing to work from home, and will likely be a permanent trend.

Is Casey's estate trying to sell it again, or did it get purchased before and the house's successor decided to sell it? It's still in the hands of what might be considered Casey's estate--which means (ugh) Jean Kasem, who is apparently free to sell it now that litigation between her and Casey's brother and three oldest kids has been settled. Here's another article with her commenting on it (I don't usually go to Fox for news, but this is the first thing a Google search brought up): www.foxbusiness.com/real-estate/casey-kasems-l-a-home-hits-market

Disgusting to think that Jean even gets a penny of this and his true heirs, his kids, get none of it. The kids should have received the house and turned it into a Casey museum.

Interesting reading about the 'little place' that Casey & Jean lived in for over 30 years. ZOINKS!!

If I had won the giant Powerball or Mega Millions last month, I'm buying it. Do I live it in though (talk about a dream to live in Casey's house) or give it to his kids?
