Looking through my library, I have all three sets of ATHs for 11/23/2002. Many of the HAC shows around 11/9/2002 I either don't have any, or only one or two. Unsure if there were separate files to begin with, or if the source audio was just bad. But here's how it looked two weeks after our recently discussed show:
AT40 ATHs from 11/23/2002:
Save Tonight Eagle-Eye Cherry How You Remind Me Nickelback Crazy For This Girl Evan & Jaron The Rockafeller Skank Fatboy Slim Superman (It's Not Easy) Five For Fighting
The set for HAC is exactly the same as CHR, which might explain why I don't have many ATHs on some of my HAC show copies from around that date (maybe avoiding duplicate files, perhaps). The original CDs had them at the end of each disc.
The AC set only had these differences: Silhouette Kenny G (replaces "How You Remind Me") Leather And Lace Stevie Nicks & Don Henley (replaces "The Rockafeller Skank")
Unlike HAC, many of the AC shows I have do include the ATHs (CBHs for WW1 shows). And in many cases, two or three of the five songs selected for CHR/HAC were swapped out.

As it turns out, I happen to have the one that's inbetween - 11/16. And the America's Top Hits from that week are: Enrique Iglesias - Hero Creed - Higher Boyz II Men - I'll Make Love to You Barenaked Ladies - Pinch Me Zhane - Hey Mr. DJ The Hot AC show has its cue sheet, and: Boyz II Men get swapped out for Everything's "Hooch". Zhane get swapped out for Cutting Crew's "I've Been in Love Before". Since the AC show doesn't have its cue sheet, let's see if I can't guess what gets swapped out. Enrique should still be there. Creed? I'm doubtful. Strong maybe on that one. Boyz II Men, I'd actually expect to either get put back, or swapped for a third song altogether. "I'll Make Love to You" was in fact an AC #1, so it's not really out of place there, whereas "Hooch" definitely is. Barenaked Ladies? Doubt that stays. Zhane? No way. Probably the Cutting Crew swap is also done there.

While I have all 3 shows from 11/16/2002 (CHR, HAC, AC), only the AT40 show has ATHs.
Hopefully in time the AC cue sheet will surface.

I have a separate question about these - looking for clarification on something. First, I found a previous thread on these (too bad they can't be merged): at40fg.proboards.com/thread/5052/americas-top-hits-segmentFrom that thread: The show went all the way to the end of 2008. In 2003, it was no longer included on the show CDs and was sent out on a separate disc for subscribing statons. Based on other comments and checking of the cue sheets available, it looks like 2/1/03 is when they were moved to separate discs. That, in turn, would help explain this: As for AT20, the copies I have looks like "America's Top Hits" ceased on 2/1/2003, then returned on the 12/10/2005 show and continues through 2/23/2008. The shows from 3/1/2008 through the end of the run (7/4/2009) didn't have them. I'm guessing AT20 AC/AT10 had a similar setup - I'll have to check. Most 2003 shows missing them would be due to since they were now on their own disc, it's much more likely that those have been "lost" along the way. Now, let me see if I have the timeline right: - From when Casey resumed AT40 through 1/25/03, these were included with the show discs.
- For the rest of 2003 and 1/3/04, these were included with the show, but were now on a separate disc from the countdown discs.
- For the AC show (AT20 until 3/13/04, then AT10), at a minimum they stayed separate. There's no record of them being put back on the same discs as with the show segments at any time - none of the AT10 cue sheets reflect that.
- For the Hot AC show, they must have stayed on a separate disc through 2004.
- 2005 is when all shows under the AT40 umbrella (Casey's and Ryan's) began using the "optional" extras, separate from the America's Top Hits. These appear to have always been included on the same discs with the show segments.
- 12/10/05 is when the America's Top Hits were also put back on the show segment discs, at least for AT20. The earliest show with a cue sheet that shows this set-up is 9/16/06: charismusicgroup.com/AT20%20Hot%20AC/2006-0916%20Hot%20AC.pdf
- This set-up continued through 2/23/08. On 3/1/08, they were no longer on the countdown discs - so either they were moved separate again for the show's last year and change, or this is where they were finally discontinued altogether.
I'm (obviously) completely not certain of the set-up for AT20/AT10 (AC) from 2003 on, but do I have the timeline correct for AT20 Hot AC? For AT40, I'm guessing it's correct as the only change before Ryan began hosting would have been in 2003.

We ran AT20 and never had the ATH segments on our discs.
If you look at the cue sheets and when I listen to the shows from Shannon, the international version (sent without the national commercial spots included) also included ATH on the disc/download. The US version did not. This is after 2003 when the US version started them on a different disc.
I believe the show ended at the end of 2008

I can confirm on the AC shows, that none of the ATHs appear on my copies on 2/1/2003 through the end of the run (7/4/2009). However, with AT20 HAC, I discovered a few earlier from 2005 that I didn't think I had. Those appear on 8/27, 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24, and 10/1. Then nothing until 12/10, which is when I originally thought it resumed. I'm not sure what happened from 10/8 to 12/3; I have all those shows, but none included any ATHs. And the last show to include any ATHs was 2/23/2008; there must've been an internal memo indicating that beginning with the 3/1/2008 show, the ATHs were either moving to a separate disc, or were discontinued altogether. (Maybe BrettVW might know something about that?) Also, starting on 1/8/2005, every 4th segment of every hour was indeed an extra, though the TOH sweeper was at the end of those segments (which would be short-lived; they were moved to the opening segments of Hours 2 and 3 beginning on 1/29/2005). On AT40 beginning with the 1/8/2005 show, every 4th segment was an "optional extra", whether it was an e-mail request, or one chosen by the staff. This setup continues today, with each hour having three segments (except Hour 4 having four segments, with that "optional extra" played prior to the final segment). Hopefully soon more HAC cue sheets will surface; not much of them right now in the mid 2000s. ETA: What d'ya know...Brett posted just two minutes before I posted this!

I need to see how late into 2008 the Shannon Lynn collection may have an international version of the show to see the latest into the year there is an ATH week to account for

I don't have the 2/5/1994 show (though I have 1/29 and 2/12), but here is the cue sheet. Not sure if these were the same in the AC show. I have to head out shortly, but I'll report back with the other four shows later tonight.

And you could be right about the 2/5/94 one. I think the AC version is probably almost all the same except they probably replaced “Mr. Wendal” with something else since that’s a rap song. But probably the other 4 might be the same.

Does anyone have a database that can be searched for some hits that I will name below? If it’s too much trouble to look for them, no worries. Just curious about some of these hits being played.
Was “All This Time” by Tiffany ever played as an extra or LDD/R&D on any show at all including AT40, CT40, Casey’s Countdown, Casey’s Hot 20, AT20 HAC, AT20 AC, Casey’s Biggest Hits, America’s Top Hits, or AT10 from any time period? That seems like a hard to find hit.
The following 5 hits that I am about to list I know were used as extras in the 90s, but I am wondering for these if they were ever played on a 2000s show such as AT40, AT20 HAC, AT20 AC, America’s Top Hits and AT10: “Lost In Your Eyes” by Debbie Gibson “Stand” by R.E.M. “Hold On,” “Impulsive,” and “You’re in Love” by Wilson Phillips
As mentioned before, if it’s too difficult or time consuming to look, don’t bother, but just interested in knowing (if it’s not too tough to look). Thanks!
