One Long Distance Dedication to another

On American Top 20 & American Top 10 this week, and lady named Beth sent a Long Distance Dedication dedicating it to a guy named Mike who previously had sent out a Long Distance Dedication recently. Is this the first time that anybody had sent out a LDD dedicating it to another person who also had sent out an LDD?

There have often times been follow-up dedications from the people to whom the original dedication was written for. I'm not sure about a person responding to a dedication not intended directly for them - but i'm sure in all these years it has happened.
