I don't know if I have ever mentioned it, but I am about to. I was TRYING to listen to Xm's 80's on 8 and there is a Wierd Al song on there done to "American Pie" thats called "The Saga Begins" I guess.....it is AWFUL! I wish someone would take a sledgehammer to all the master copies of Wierd Al's music!!!!

I have always been a Weird Al fan. When I was a kid, I didn't even know the original songs, I just loved the guy. Now it's funny to know all the originals and then listen to his parodies. It's all in good fun, and when he puts out a new album (hasn't in a long time) i'll still give it a listen.
Not sure why "The Saga Begins" was on 80's on 8, because it was on his most recent album that was released I believe in 2000, "Running with Scissors."

I dont know why it was there, but I wish they would move all his music to "Never on -1"

Weird Al has a bunch of great songs. "The Saga Begins" is okay, but not one of his better ones in my opinion.

I always liked "My Bologna" and his parody of "Got My Mind Set on You", which he called "This Song's Just Six Words Long". The Chili Peppers parody he did with the Flintstones lyrics was pretty lame though.
