Internet radio in the car? Suggestions?

I have a question?

Has anyone tried to have intenet access in the car?
The purpose is so I could listen to Casey on Sunday nights, where the local radio stations don't air Casey (or any other synicated shows). It would be nice to have driving home on weekend trips. It is possible? Or does this sound impossible and/or too expensive?

I would one day love to hear internet radio in our cars. That wouldn't be a bad idea.
