For those curious and have not heard, I was listening to Mix 105.1 in Orlando this morning and the update was as follows: Dick Clark is at home undergoing therapy for walking and speaking again after his stroke, and while there is improvment, it is apparently not what they (whether that is referring to doctors or his people I dont know) were hoping for at this point in the process. They did go on to say he WOULD be at New Years Rockin Eve this year but did not say in what capacity.
Since WOMX(Mix 105.1) does not carry any of his radio programming they did not mention the status of his return for those, which I am sure there is none at this point and time.

Sadly, I do not see Dick Clark returning to US Music Survey. While I do forsee him coming back to do things like Rockin' New Years Eve and other specials- it may be a long shot if he is able to a weekly radio show like US Music Survey. But cross your fingers and say a prayer that one day we will hear Dick again count down the hits.

I dunno...I think it depends upon how you read it. I take it as his publicist saying that "we were hoping he'd be back behind the mike by now." Here's the AP article, dated March 3:
Doctors Happy With Dick Clark's Progress
Fri Mar 4, 7:43 AM ET
By The Associated Press
MALIBU, Calif. - Three months after a stroke, Dick Clark continues to recuperate at his beachfront home and doctors are pleased with his progress, Clark's publicist said. "He is continuing rehabilitation. He is walking and talking, not to the extent that we would like to see it, but he's progressing. The doctors are happy with his progress," Paul Shefrin said Thursday.
Clark, 75, suffered a stroke Dec. 6 and was hospitalized for more than seven weeks at a Burbank hospital, forcing him to cancel as host of the "New Year's Rockin' Eve" TV show from New York's Times Square.
"Doctors are telling him he will be there for the countdown this year. He expects to be there," Shefrin said. "Is Dick 100 percent? No."
Clark's spokesman was asked about a supermarket tabloid cover story this week claiming Clark was a demoralized recluse who was ready to die.
"There has been no diagnosis of depression. He does business by telephone and he leaves the house occasionally," said Shefrin, who has refused to discuss the impact of the stroke or whether there was any paralysis.
