The times are definately confusing, and for the longest time I didn't even realize they were showing the time of the stream.
Here are some helpful hints I have learned:
Sa - Saturday So - Sunday Mo - Monday, but generally it is Sunday night for everyone here in the USA
If you go to AT40, for example, you will see WFLZ and WAKS with Sa 12:00 12:00 = 6:00am EST Then simply count up. For example, if you see 14:30 as a time, it means 8:30am
As for when things change over to Mo on late Sunday, Mo 2:00 is 8:00pm EST on Sunday night. Since I am not educated in anyway on military time, I am not sure exactly how the changeover works, I assume it goes from 23:00 to 1:00.
If you have any specific questions based on specific show times listed on the site, post back or e-mail me personally and I would be more than happy to help you out. But here are a few "common" time slots:
12:00 - 6:00am start 14:00 - 8:00am start 15:00 - 9:00am start 2:00 - 8:00pm start (remember, for example, if it is Sunday night at 8, it will actually say Monday on the site)
And if any of the start time end in :30 or :45, that is the same as our time; 30 or 45 minutes past the hour, respectively.
Hope this helps out some.

It's simple and there is actually a chart listed there that shows this as well, eastern time -6(subtract 6 hours from the time listed), central -7, mountain -8, Pacific -9, etc.
