I watched the 48 Hours episode today on the DVR. What's "mysterious" about Casey's death isn't how it happened, but who will win this case. I'd like to think it'll be Kerri and the other plaintiffs. But Jean certainly knows how to sell her side of things, however distorted it may be. She is an actress after all.

I watched the Reelz show last night regarding the fight over Casey's fortune-Jean is the villainess-She had no right to disconnect Casey's feeding tube at the nursing home & then having him buried in an unmarked grave in Oslo,Norway-She's clearly not playing with a full deck.

Jean has a new attorney, Gary Ruttenberg. Per MyNewsLA, "he wants to see if the parties can reach a 'global' settlement" of the situation. Troy Martin, Kerri's representative, told the judge he's "known Mr. Ruttenberg for many years" and will "hold out hope" and "believe it when I see it." dL |
