WPNC announced that beginning next Saturday October 1, 2022, they'll be moving AT40 : the 70's from Saturday afternoon at 2 to Saturdays at Noon.
No clarification yet on what they're doing about the Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning replay.

Assume WPNC is also bumping up the '80s show that precedes the '70s show by two hours as well? That will put the '80 show start at 5AM and the '70s at 9 for those of us in the far west (PT and AZ until November). My guess is that this two-hour time shift is to minimize conflict with fall sports that the station carries. |

KDRI 'The Drive' Tucson appears to be running the later three-hour option as their Sunday 9-12 MST show. Currently running the '78 'B' show. Oldest show they've run so far (fourth week) was last week's '75 show.

My theory above was blown out of the water this weekend, of which I'm glad! 'The Drive' aired the 1970 'A' show rather than the 1976 'B' option. Happy my area will get to hear more of the older shows. |

They apparently don’t know that the full four hour shows can be played, with the first hour optional. But maybe they can’t make room for a four hour 70s show and evidently don’t want to play incomplete ones. |

There are (so far) no other syndicated shows carried by the station. |
