Kerri sues producer of ill-fated documentary

It was to be a benefit for Kasem Cares, raising awareness of elder abuse.

Producer sat on the film, expecting to be paid another $100k for Kerri to go away quietly.

She ain't. She wants the footage back and the producer to forfeit all rights, or alternately, compensatory damages.
