I just listened to the end of AT40's Top 40 of 2015. After the #1 song, Ryan talked about the future, plugged Idol, then left. He didn't read a staff list or any credits at all. Didn't even invoke the name of Casey Kasem.
When did Ryan stop reading the credits?

Years ago.

Many years ago now. The staff wanted to keep them, but an out-of-touch mucky-muck thought that the credits didn't sound "local enough", so they were dropped back in 2005 or 2006.

All right. Blame it on the out-of-touch mucky-mucks at Premiere. Fair enough. I'm checking the website, and the About section is really about Ryan. Ugh, this is frustrating. It looks like I may just have to Google the answer.

What is the question?

Casey hasn't hosted in 12 years. And the site has a bio of him and Ryan always makes mention of him at appropriate times. I'd say that is pretty good and more than necessary to keep his memory alive on the show

More than anything PPM radio can be blamed for this. Time reading show credits is time not spent playing a song familiar and liked by a listener. Same reason we don't have Top 100 countdowns anymore.

I think he does one if #40 is a new song. If it's been around awhile then no.
