From 5/26/73, an unjustly forgotten gem: #38, "Let's Pretend" by The Raspberries. In the liner notes of a Raspberries compilation CD I own calls it "...a 'Wouldn't It Be Nice' for the '70s". I concur. And, going about 180 degrees from that, "Funky Worm" never fails to crack me up! "Are we getting paid for this?"
