I liked my 60's, 70's and 80's in that order (6-8), but will have to adapt --thanks for the update! Curious what will take over Channel 6. I read somewhere that The Coffee House will be moving to channel 6.

I read somewhere that The Coffee House will be moving to channel 6. Yes, lots of SXM changes today. They even added a couple new channels (10 Spot and Mosaic) and reformatted The Blend. www.siriusxm.com/channels/lineup-change

10 Spot, located at channel 11, is the newest Decades channel, covering 2010-19.

Kinda surprised that the full-length version of "Suite:Judy Blue Eyes" was played. The single edit is only on the 45 that I've ever seen.

"SiriusXM - All Channels" (website) had the lineup updated as of this writing, but Channel 72 is 50's Gold, and for our Saturday 2pm show--Channel 73 is now called 60's Gold.

10 Spot, located at channel 11, is the newest Decades channel, covering 2010-19. That is new as well as Mosaic, which is where they placed all the 90s/00s/10s music that used to be on The Blend.

Oh oh, the VJs are wearing off on Dave! After he played "Monster Mash," he stated it would return to the Top 10 in 1963. He was off 10 years, as it returned in 1973.

Shorter show today as early 60's shows tend to be--2 hours and 11 minutes. Next week's show will be 1965, as I predicted . The last time 1965 was featured was 8-7-21, and Dave played the show from that date (8-7-65), so with the same thinking, it should be 11-13-65.

In November 1965,those of us who live on the Eastern Seaboard were subjected to a massive power blackout-I was seven at the time & I distinctly remember what happened.

On 11/9/65 which was 56 years ago this Tuesday, portions of Connecticut,New York,& New Jersey were without power for up to 13 hours-Per Wikipedia, the primary cause was the tripping of a 230 kilovolt line transmission near Ontario,Canada, which in turn, caused other heavily loaded lines to fail.
