Since I posted on the BOTTOM OF THE CHARTS thread for the 6/30/1990 date a song by Ana ("Got to Tell Me Something"), I thought I would post this other song by Ana from 1990 that was a duet by New Kids on the Block member Jordan Knight that never made Billboard's Hot 100 chart but I remember hearing this song in rotation on WYTZ Z-95 FM Chicago in Summer 1990 called "Angel of Love" which I consider a lost 1990's classic: www.youtube.com/watch?v=99R7BGojVo0

Holding at #2 on the Dance Club Songs chart (then known as Hot Dance Music - Club Play) this week in 1999, and a week away from reaching #1 for a week, was Jamiroquai with their song "Canned Heat".

Guru was a member of the hip-hop duo Gang Starr, and on the Bubbling Under chart this week in 1993 he climbed from #106 back to his peak of #105 for a second week with his only solo pop chart hit. With The Brand New Heavies' N'dea Davenport, here's "Trust Me".

Before she charted as a country singer and before being a member of the duo Colourhaus, SherriƩ Austin was a cast member of The Facts of Life under the name Sherrie Krenn (she played Australian exchange student Pippa McKenna during the show's final season in 1987-88). As a solo country act, her only song to chart on the Hot 100, "Never Been Kissed" (unrelated to the 1999 Drew Barrymore movie, despite being released the same year), peaked at #89 and was down to #97 on the September 18, 1999 chart.

Three months away from its December peak of #124 on the Bubbling Under chart, Soul Coughing's "Circles" debuted at #36 on the Modern Rock chart for September 19, 1998. Unlike on the pop charts, "Circles" would be a Top 10 Modern Rock hit, reaching #8.
As a bonus, here's a music video that Cartoon Network made for the song at that time, using footage from old Hanna-Barbera shows.

It was a good time for sisters on the September 25, 1993 Modern Rock Tracks chart.
At #4 was the former #1 by The Juliana Hatfield Three, "My Sister". It would also debut on the Bubbling Under chart the following week and reach #112 there.
And at #15 was the song "Sister Havana" by Urge Overkill; it peaked at #6 there and also hit #10 on the Album Rock Tracks chart (where it was down to #13 that week).

On the Hot 100 Airplay chart this week in 1994, Soundgarden was up to #72 with a song from their album Superunknown - "Fell on Black Days". It eventually reached #54 the following January. In addition to the official music video which contained a live performance, I'm also including the album version.
And as another bonus, here's a music video for Superunknown's title track, which did not chart in the U.S. on Billboard's pop or rock charts.
