Peaking at #89 on the Hot 100, "I Like to Move It" by Reel 2 Real featuring The Mad Stuntman (described as a duo in Top Pop Singles, but more of a hip-hop/dance project by member/producer Erick Morillo) was down to #97 this week in 1994.

It climbed up to #121 on the April 10, 1999 Bubbling Under chart, but "Mas Tequila" by Sammy Hagar and The Waboritas soon took a siesta and would only reach #116. On the Mainstream Rock chart, it hit #2 for six weeks.

Holding at #59 on the April 11, 1992 Hot 100, rap duo Black Sheep would take four more weeks to reach #57 with "The Choice Is Yours". Fatboy Slim would sample the vocals of this song for 2001's "Weapon of Choice".

It reached #75 on the Hot 100 Airplay chart, and was up to #24 on the Modern Rock chart this week in 1996, but "A Common Disaster" by Cowboy Junkies would only climb up to #20.

Reaching #1 on the Album Rock Tracks chart in June 1993, and at its peak of #2 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart this week that year, here's Lenny Kravitz with the title track from his album Are You Gonna Go My Way.

From the film Heart Condition, Bonnie Raitt's "Have a Heart" was down from #64 to #84 on the Hot 100 this week in 1990. Peaking at #49, it was actually her highest charting single before 1991's "Something to Talk About" reached #5.

Down from #13 to #14 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart this week in 1999, "Anthem for the Year 2000" by Silverchair would rebound to #12 the following week but go no higher.

After hitting the Top 40 with "Pure" in 1990, The Lightning Seeds charted again with "The Life of Riley" in 1992, but this time they only reached #98 during a two-week chart run (with both weeks spent at that position) which ended on the May 2 Hot 100.

Even played on Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 in a circa April 1992 show as a sure shot though it never made the top 40 chart reaches.

This week in 1994, Jamaican reggae artist Dawn Penn was down from #66 to #79 with a song she took to #58 on the Hot 100 - "You Don't Love Me (No, No, No)".

Climbing up to a peak of #108 on the May 10, 1997 Bubbling Under chart was Daft Punk with a song whose video was directed by Spike Jonze - "Da Funk".

While "Killing Me Softly" by Fugees was climbing to #5 on the May 11, 1996 Hot 100 Airplay chart, another song of theirs was at #75 and only reached #69 in July. Despite this, "Ready or Not" ended up being one of the group's signature songs along with the aforementioned "Killing Me Softly".

Rapper Chubb Rock's only Hot 100 hit, "Treat 'Em Right", debuted this week in 1991 at its peak of #95. From the album The One (which was released the following week), the song was a #1 hit on Billboard's rap chart, along with another track from The One, "Just the Two of Us".

Melissa Etheridge originally released "Like the Way I Do" as a single in 1988; then, it reached #28 on the Album Rock Tracks chart. In 1995, it charted as the B-side to her #16 Hot 100 hit "If I Wanted To"; this week that year, it was trailing the A-side at #36, two weeks away from achieving its own peak of #42.

From their album Grave Dancers Union, here's Soul Asylum with "Black Gold". On the May 22, 1993 Album Rock Tracks chart, it was dropping from its peak of #4 to #5. "Black Gold" was also a hit on the Modern Rock Tracks chart, reaching #6.
