At a charity function earlier, I was asked by a small child 7-10 years old, if I could play Black Stabbers. I asked for clarification, not because I didn't assume he meant Back Stabbers, but because I was sure he said Black. He proceeded to sing me the chorus with every word right except he definitively said BLACK Stabbers...
I set him straight but wow!
My worst would be insisting that Elton John sings Electric Boobs in Bennie & The Jets

I've mentioned this before, but in Blue Swede's version of Hooked On A Feeling I thought that they sang "Got a fart from you girl" I was 10 years old at the time so I thought that it was hilarious

In Hall & Oats Maneater 3rd verse I thought they sang..."she's deadly man she could really rip your wood apart"

They've made books based on these. One's called "'scuse me while I kiss this guy, and other misheard lyrics" (though some in the book are a bit of a stretch).
But to add one to the list both Manfred Mann (with his earth band) and Bruce seemed to pronounce "revved up like a deuce" as "wrapped up like a (deuce with a -ch)" in blinded by the light.

With the way America is today, the kid got it right the first time!

I once told a co-worker that the lyric in Dan Hill's Sometimes When We Touch was "...I want to hold you 'til the beer in me subsides..." She bought it.

I have many:
"Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" - I thought the second half of the title was "I'll borrow your cocoa". "You're the One That I Want" - "I got shoes, they're multiplying..." (because after all, Travolta was in "Saturday Night Fever" where you saw the closeup of his feet walking down the street). "I Guess That's Why They Call It the Blues" - "...And I guess I've finally collared the moose". "Legs" - The part where he says "sh!t", I thought he was singing "Said I got to have her" instead.
The last one's really explicit:
"Hot Stuff" - "I want some hot stuff, baby, your semen..."

Lol. My favorite is the opening of DOA by Bloodrock. "Someone lays a $hit across my chest" with the next line its believable!
There's a British comedian who did a thing on mid heard lyrics, its pretty funny.

Working for a radio station in the mid 80's, I got a call with a request to play "How's About A Face"...what they were grasping for was Billy Idol's "Eyes Without A Face". Also remember a request for "Rolling Under The Covers", which I finally figured out was "I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues"

I remember when Quiet Riot "Come On Feel The Noise" (or however they spelled it) was a hit one of my friends believed they sang something naughtier than "rock" in the line "girls rock your boys" at the end.
