For those who listened to either AT10 or AT20 last week know the LDD was about a guy who gave in to peer pressure from friends, and broke up with his girlfriend. However, he still wanted to be with her and requested "The Best I Ever Had" as the song.
Well, I am listening to the Country Top 40....and the EXACT SAME DEDICATION WAS READ AGAIN with a country version of the song playing as the dedication.

Clearly the writer sent it to both shows, as AT10/AT20 and "Country Top 40" are not produced by the same company.

Of course it was,I was never implying they were produced by the same people as I know the shows have nothing to do with each other. I just never knew someone would do that, and it is also wild that it was read within a week of each other.

What sort of volume of LDD requests do you think stations get nowadays???
In the world of email and text messaging and no long distance charges on cell phones and ipods instead of radios, etc. -- maybe the younger generation hasn't even heard of LDD's?
