It could be one with a sub host, a certain song, chart feat, etc... Either one you've always wanted to hear that hasn't been aired yet, or one you missed when it was.
I'd say any AT40 with a sub host. I always like hearing the differences between the sub host and Casey.

I have the vinyl records of the original show from Oct 11, 1975.
Wink Martindale was the host and I thought he did a great job.
The show had a lot of chart action, such as:
There were 9 debut songs, including "Born to Run" coming in at #30 and the highest debut song of the week at #19. "Bad Blood" jumps from #6 to #1 "Miracles" jumps from #22 to #5 "This Will Be" jumps from #40 to #26

I'd love to hear the second or third show (1970). The one where "Trying To Make A Fool Of Me" by the Delfonics is #40. One of my favorite songs from them. I'm just intrigued by the summer of 1970 and always imagine what it would have been like to have heard AT40 on our Top 40 station then.

The second AT40 show which I've never heard and probably never will. I'll 'second' that! It would be great to hear it so I could see if I remember anything on it from listening in 1970. I'm fairly sure that the third show was the first one I ever heard, but not certain. I know I missed the first show back in '70 on 1330 KHYT. Maybe someday a clean, unscoped, and complete copy will turn up when some old DJ's collection of radio stuff is being sorted through by his heirs...

I'd love to hear some of the countdowns that Casey did when he was a radio DJ before AT40 was started. Would be fun to hear what he sounded like at the very beginning of it all.

November 6, 1971: Dave Hull is the first guest host.
A lot of huge leaps into the Top 40.
Got To Be There - Michael Jackson 89-39 Rock Steady - Aretha Franklin 69-34 Baby I'm-A Want You - Bread 43-22
Largest jump within the Top 40. If you guessed Five Man Electrical Band's "Absolutely Right", you'd be...absolutely right! It leaped from 40-27 but would only peak one notch higher. Marvin Gaye's "Inner City Blues (Make Me Wanna Holler)" vaulted into the Top 10 going from 19 to 9. Unfortunately, that was where it peaked.
Finally, the show kicked off with one of my favorites. Fanny's "Charity Ball" debuted and peaked at #40 in its only week on AT 40.

One show I wish would be played is the 6/1/1985 show when Whitney Houston made her Top 40 debut.

I'd also say any Charlie Van Dyke shows--other than Casey, CVD is the person I want to hear to the countdowns the most...

I'd like to hear the original telling of the story about how Sonny & Cher (well, mostly Sonny) turned down "The Night The Lights Went Out in Georgia", from the spring of '73 -- we've gotten truncated versions of it in other shows but they always delete his reason for turning it down (that it would be "offensive" to their Southern fans).
I'd also like the show in which he points out that the intro to "Me & Mrs Jones" contains a musical quote from "Secret Love". He seemed to think that was the cleverest thing he'd ever heard.

The 1st AT40 show hosted by Keri Tombazian. Wanted to hear a woman's voice countin' down the 40.
