So they've evidently been in Washington state continuously for the last three weeks or so. While it appears that they do have friends there who are willing to put them up and ensure Casey receives needed care, it's a mystery as to why the facilities back home in California apparently won't do--other than that they're easier for Kerri and Julie to get to?
