It's ok, no biggie, I usually just read and then when I see song detail I always go past it really fast. I think there are some people though, like me who don't like listening to part 1 only. So they wait until they record the whole year end chart and then listen. I know right now that I probably won't listen to AT20's year end show until next Thursday or Friday just because of how my schedule is. But I am one person, and most everyone else will have heard it by January 1.

I'm ending 2006 with Casey Kasem. WVMX is airing AT20 on New Years eve. It started at 9 PM. I can also listen to AT10 to finish 2006. My local station WRVF in Toledo is playing AT10 up to Midnight 2007.
Does anyone know if any AT20/AT10 station will replay the year end countdown on 1/1 that streams on the internet?

I agree with Topay that the show, at least for me, sounded quite fresh with the extras they've chosen for both parts of the show. And also the survey itself sounded fresh in comparison with what had been published by Mediabase as a year-end chart.
You may have noticed that four songs the Mediabase published as in the Top 60 were not ranked by AT20's YEC - all hits that scored in the 2005 year-ender, so I was glad to hear three newer songs instead. Yes, just three because there was one song in AT20's 2006 year-end ranking that wasn't within the whole Top 100 of 2006 as published by Mediabase... well, I'm not gonna tell you, so that you can listen to the whole show later or today to find out on your own.

Is there a way to listen to both parts of the year end chart on a music file?

wow.....we agree on something else?! Whats happening to us Radioman?! Hmmm .....? Maybe it's the spirit of Christmas that grabbed with us ? Maybe because of the massive christmas music played on AT10 since late last summer ? Maybe we get brainwashed with that ? Who knows ..... Happy New Year 2007, Paul !

Does anyone have this show on CD-R? I'm interested in obtaining a copy of it.

I don't know if you noticed on the year-end chart but:
- Hits that did not chart long enough or not at all but yet appeared in the Top 60: Dance, Dance by Fall Out Boy, Home by Michael Buble and Juicy by Better Than Ezra
- Hits that did chart for a few weeks but never appeared in the Top 60: I'm Feeling You by Santana featuring Michelle Branch, Hung Up by Madonna and Crazy by Alanis Morrisette

I thought "Juicy" did hit the top 20 briefly.

One thing to keep in mind is that the chart used was the Mediabase year-end chart. This chart took in all plays the song earned, not just those earned while a song was in the top 20. Therefore songs that never made AT20 could chart, and songs that did make AT20 may not earn enough plays to make the top 60 of the year.
