The year end countdown will be here soon, The American Top 20-Top 60 songs of 2006.
However, similiar to the end of 2005, there could be an issue with the stations airing the songs 60 to 31 on AT20.
Part one of the year end special, songs 60-31, will air on the December 23/24, 2006 weekend.
Part two of the year end special, songs 30-1, will air on the December 30/31, 2006 weekend.
The stations that air AT20 normally on Saturdays will most likely air AT20 on 12/23. Unless the station goes all Xmas for the weekend. On Sunday 12/24, if AT20 airs Sunday morning, that station will most likely air AT20. If AT20 airs Sunday afternoon or evening, AT20 will most likely be replaced with Xmas music.
Of course, with New Years eve falling on Sunday, some stations will end 2006 with Casey Kasem.
It will be interesting how those radio stations will air the AT20 year end show for 2006.

KBIG aired it at it's normal time Dec. 25/Jan 1 last year, I would only assume they will do the same this year too.

We are airing Part 1 on Christmas Eve Sunday and then going all Christmas at Noon, so there will be no night replay. Part 2 will air on New Years Eve Sunday in the morning only as well, as we will be having our own Top 50 countdown in place of the evening replay. Then the whole show will replay from 60-1 on New Years Day.

Why cant you guys have a live online feed? Better no live online feed than one with a 20 or 30 kbit stream, like it is still the standard for most US stations. Horrible ! Have they ever heard of the invention called Broadband/DSL ?

I like how #1 songs from genres other than Pop were used as extras. For one, it shows Premiere is still finding ways to keep the show fresh, and two, it shows how diverse Hot AC can be!
