I would like to ask a question regarding sub-hosted AT20 shows:
Does anybody know what the original airdates for the sub-hosted AT20 shows have been since 2004? I do remember reading somewhere that during at least 2006 to 2008, very rarely did someone fill in for Casey. But 2009 came, and there was an increase in sub-hosts during AT20's final approximately six months on the air, most likely due to Casey experiencing signs of his current health condition.
