It is hard to believe but a quarter of a century has passed since "Casey's Top 40" first aired. 25 years...doesn't seem possible.

2 big anniversaries regarding Casey's countdown career this month. 25 years since starting CT40 and 10 years since finishing his stint with AT40.

Why isn't Ryan Seacrest doing anything to celebrate?

Why isn't Ryan Seacrest doing anything to celebrate? Because there's nothing to celebrate. Most people don't celebrate themselves becoming host of something!

wouldnt it be great for premiere to add the CT40s from 1989 and the 80s specials to the AT40 the 80s series

I remember listening to the initial broadcast of "Casey's Top 40" on WHTZ (Z-100) in New York-Currently,they air the Ryan Seacrest version of "AT40" on Sunday mornings.

Westwood One sent out a "Westwood One's Top 40 Countdown Survival Kit: What to do until Casey comes" to promote the show. You can see a picture of it on my website
