I am listening to AT20 on WMTX/Tampa this morning, and at the top of the show when the station gave its legal ID, it did it in a very interesting way..
I don't remember the exact wording but it went something like this:
"Mix 100.7 now presents the World Premiere Countdown Show..(a second or two of bed music)...the one and only Casey Kasem with American Top 20 on WMTX/Tampa Bay"
At first I thought the station was about to air a different show (isn't World Premiere the name of a countdown out there somewhere?) I assume this has something to do with Casey being the pioneer of countdown shows. It was just something I had never heard before with a stations local liners and ID's.
