I was curious if Westwood One sent year end instructions out to affiliates. Thanks to the PDFs on Charis's website we can read that when there were two part year enders in the 70s and early 80s they would send instructions of how to edit the two portions together to make it one long top 80/100 countdown. They even sent them for how to do the Top 50 of 79/Top 50 if the 70s as 1 8 hour special. I've also seen Dees's show send out the same thing, telling stations they can run both together and his show sounded like it was continuous at the conclusion of part 1.
Did Westwood One ever send anything to affiliates saying you can play both parts together and here's how? I've heard it done so I assume they didn't frown upon it at least.

Paul, I have never seen any similar instructions in the year end sets for the WW1 shows. Good question and comment though.
