AT20 HOT AC JINGLES

It has been briefly mention on this board before.

The jingles that are being used on AT20 Hot AC have been the same since March 1998. Its been about 8 years now. The start of the hour jingle can remain. However, I wonder if the jingles will change again. I think those jingle have been used for the longest period of time in the history of any Casey Kasem countdown show.

I like them and dont see any need to change. The flip side is I hate how Bob Kingsley's show adds new jingles every year.

I also can't see any need for a change.
The Jingles + Themes should be a trademark for every show, as they become for Casey's shows. And I'm still not bored hearing the ones for Casey's shows. It doesn't matter if they are already from 1998 or whatever. They're still sounding "up to date" as well as the theme music for AT20/10

I believe it's a different situation to the classic AT40 days, when musical tastes changed every 2 or 3 years completely. Like you couldn't use "Shukathoom" in the mid or late 80's ...... Today with all these horns and trumpets it sounds like from another long forgotten world.
