Dang... makes me feel more special for being able to listen to it in my market.
Do you have an affiliate list for Ryan's AT40 Hot AC, primitive?

No I am sure this isn't it. Its the stations that air it in the Top 100 Markets. I can tell you the show also runs on WKMX in Dothan, Al too. But that is nowhere near a top 100 market.

Thats the thing though, AT20 only airs in 20% of the Top 100 American markets (assuming this is the full Top 100 market list). My guess would be it was at 80% or higher in the 80's. And this is when he was simply doing one show. Combine this with the AT10 list, and you still have at least half of the Top 100 markets in the country without Casey Kasem.
I really hope this isn't it.

And this makes me even "prouder" to be living in Northeast Ohio (well, not really anymore other than the occasional weekend and college break) where I can pick up both WMVX and WKDD.

The one thing about where you live is it gives me great consolation to know if I ever start a radio show I will have at least one affiliate! Some station in YOUR area!

Since there have been a few additions/removals, I have compiled a revised list for Northeast Ohio radio shows. I'm not adding times, stations, etc this time - just a run down of all the shows that can be picked up from my house which is between Akron and Cleveland.
Amazing 80's with M.G. Kelly American Country Countdown (2 stations) American Gold American Top 20 (2 stations) American Top 10 American Top 40 CHR (2 stations) Backtrax USA 80's (3 stations) Backtrax USA 90's (2 stations) Ben & Brian's Big Top 20 Country Countdown Bob Kingsley's Country Top 40 Delilah (2 stations) Elvis Only Flashback! Inside The 60's with Gary Bryan Into the 70's with Tom Kent Jeff Foxworthy's Country Countdown John Tesh Weeknight (2 stations) John Tesh Weekend (2 stations) Leeza At Night Little Steven's Underground Garage Nina Blackwood's Absolutely 80's Open House Party Saturday (2 stations) Open House Party Sunday (2 stations) Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 CHR Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 Hot AC Saturday Night 80's with Todd Michaels The Metal Show Your Weekend with Jim Brickman
Now, the thing to remember with this list is that I just happen to be situated in an area that picks up stations from Cleveland, Akron, Canton, and Youngstown very well. Go tcloser towards Cleveland and you lose half of those shows, closer towards Akron or Youngstown and the same thing will happen.
Now, here at college in the Meadville/Franklin, PA market - I am able to get a number of shows as well...a * indicates it's a show I am picking up that show on a station that I also get at home. Many of these shows are coming from Youngstown, OH or Erie, PA.
American Country Countdown* American Gold* American Top 20 American Top 10* American Top 40 CHR Backtrax USA 80's* Backtrax USA 90's (doesn't come in all that well, but comes in about 15 miles from campus, different station than either of the Ohio affiliates) Bill Cody's Classic Country Weekend Bob Kingsley's Country Top 40 Delilah* Dick Bartley's Saturday Night Show Dick Clark's Rock, Roll, and Remember Flashback! FOX All Access Countdown John Tesh Weekend* Nina Blackwood's Absolutely 80's* Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 CHR* Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 Hot AC (doesn't come in all that well, but comes in about 15 miles from campus - different station than back home) Saturday Night 80's with Todd Michaels TRL Weekend Countdown
I would also like it to be known that we had a US Music Survey affiliate that could be heard both at home and here at school up until Thanksgiving weekend when the station went all-Christmas.
So - basically the message here is if you want to do absolutely nothing but listen to and record your favorite (and not so favorite) syndicated radio shows from 6am Saturday to Midnight on Monday morning each weekend, come to Northeast Ohio/Northwest PA!!

My apologies to you and your loss of ONE show (the same one everyone else lost too). If you need to talk through this depression, I am available.

Man, Brett, I'm jealous. We don't get Casey in the Miami area in either the AC or Hot AC show. I have to listen on the net.

I get AT20 on Mix 96.5 WMT in Cedar Rapids from 9 a.m. to 12 noon every Sunday. Unfortunately, I usually don't get to hear it because I work overnight most Saturdays so I normally would be sleeping during that time. But that is another station that carries AT20.

According to stations that report to Mediabase 24/7 from the top 100 markets, yes. They have a special list for specialty shows, so you can see the times that the show runs and the songs played. Very cool. Ummm...that's it? ?

These are the stations listed as hot AC on Mediabase 24/7 that carry Ryan's show in the Top 100 markets in Canada and the US. Keep in mind that some hot AC stations might carry the CHR show... I have heard a rumour that CHOZ in Canada carries both shows. One each day on weekends "--" Indicates stations that I know stream for sure. Silly me... I forgot the station IN MY MARKET that plays it... www.fm102.ca/live.asxIt's a 48 kbs stream that manages to sound like 16. They used to be 92kbs, then they launched a sister station and decided to keep the same amount of bandwith usage, I'm guessing.

If someone is not in detail of the programme, this topic makes it look like if the show has not more affiliates than the ones listed. But you are talking only about the Top 100 markets, and of those only the ones reporting to Mediabase. But there is a life outside of Mediabase, as we might know. Not all Top 100 market stations are reporting to Mediabase, and there are many affiliates bubbling under the Top 100, not very much less important than the big ones. And of the big ones, this is a strong line up of stations, comparing on the format they are using.
