I absolutely HATE the Cologard ad for two reasons now: Not only is it repeated ad infinitum multiple times per hour, but I usually forget to 'unmute' it after I mute it when it comes on (get busy with something else on the computer), so I keep missing songs and 'Casey commentary'! Because it's Cologard a better description would be "ad nauseam".

A commercial that I heard several times yesterday was the radio version of the TENA incontinence pads commercial. It's about the same as the TV version, except the woman didn't say "Are you still here?" at the end.

Okay, the Cologard ads have finally gotten to me. Enough! You mean hearing the exact same ad 12-16 times per show (depending on whether it's a 3 or 4-hour program) doesn't make the ad less annoying with each listen?

The listeners of AT40 must be in poor health - we are at risk from EPI ,have nerve pain, suffer from UTIs ,need incontinence pads that are kind to the skin and every 15 minutes we are told to get a test for colon cancer !!!!!

Long gone are the adds for chewing gum (Cinnaburst 5 secs of flavor), Oxy 10 which never really worked in Oxycution, and Teen Spirit before Nirvana. Not even that subliminal message found in Tiffany's "I Saw Him Standing There" which deals with leg hair removal. Lets hope that we don't get WKRP ads for Shady Acres resting homes and Ferryman Funeral Home.

Who even remembers in the 1980's during AT40 national commercial breaks radio commercials for Chewels, Trident, Dentyne, Certs, Bubblicious, Activision, AtariSoft, Crest Toothpaste, Dr. Pepper, Yoplait Yogurt, and Zena Jeans? And in the 1990's Shadoe Stevens said about AT40 sponsor pre original AT40 ceasing for Lipton Tea "It ain't no sipping tea!"?

At least we heard the brown noise in Elvis Presley's "Steamroller Blues" to go with the Cologuard commercials 🤣

They must be targeting stations that appeal to those that grew up on 70s/80s TV and radio. Does 'Shadoe' (Terry Ingstad) have a financial interest in the Antenna TV network?
