WKMX in Dothan, Alabama airs the show right at 12 noon Central right after the Live Sunday morning church service ends.

Not anymore with WKMX. American Top 20 with Casey Kasem was dropped. The station now airs American Top 40 with Ryan, in the old timeslot Casey used to air. I checked the WKMX website with the program schedule. Their is no AT10 or AT20 on their schedule.

I know, I found that out checking their site on Thursday night. They air Ryan Seacrest now, but honestly if you hear the station which obviously I have since I lived there, you would understand that Seacrest's AT40 what I assume is the HAC Version is a much better fit for it. They also don't air the church service anymore.

Additionally I'd like to mention, that WKMX is under a new ownership and they move their programme slowly but steady to a more CHR format. Over the past few months they played songs they would have never aired before. Usually KMX is a diehard Casey affiliate ...... and I wouldn't mind if the show and format will return someday in the not to far future. As it's always the same in this world: Not everything new is the best for everything ! WKMX dominated it's market for many years by far. If the new owner thinks they have to re-invent radio again, it could move the opposite direction.

I want to make sure we are on the same page, we are all referring to the same WKMX and everyone is not thinking there is a different station? The one in Dothan, Al? Ultimately domination of that market is not that big a deal. I am asking only because WKMX is getting discussion like it is a MAJOR top 5 market affiliate.

Yes, I'm 100% sure its WKMX.
The way I found out WKMX stop airing Casey was this past Sunday. It was WKMX. I went to their online stream at 1 pm EDT (12 Noon CDT). I was expecting to hear Casey. Instead Ryan Seacrest was on the air. Then, I checked the WKMX website. It confirmed they air AT40 with Ryan. Casey Kasem was no where to be found on the website.

Yeah MEF I already knew that as I stated above. Mainly my reason for asking that question was Radioman gave the whole station rundown for us which seemed slightly odd being it's a small town radio station. So I am just amking sure we were all referring to the same station and not a missed call letter or anything.
Btw, is it the HAC version of AT40?

Oh, I misunderstood Paul. I'm not sure if this was the HAC version of AT40. As Ryan started talking, I switched to the San Diego station that still airs AT20. Maybe, I'll check this Sunday.

I don't know if WKMX airs the hot AC verison of AT40. Their internet streaming has been down for at least 2 weeks.
