Errors aren't limited to Casey lite. Ron Parker said ONJs 1977 Sam was inspired by Sam Malone. Problem is Cheers didn't come out until '82...OMG!!

In their ever changing definition of a hit, Mark said Joanna was the first in a few years by Kool and the Gang??

I Guess That's Why They Call It the Blues as Alan said the countdown song was the first to feature the classic Elt lineup since 1975. That would be I'm Still Standing.

Alan has to Work So Hard to screw up Matthew Wilder's outro with the claim his countdown song was his debut.

OMG, after Alan said this was the "1/22/82" chart Mark said Newton's 'Thing would be on the pop charts for 40 weeks... really 24. Was he confused with Paul Davis', played a couple songs ago, I Go Crazy?? Probably read the Wikipedia section wrong. Also, for the last time, they have been announcing the Friday's date instead of the Saturday's for weeks now. No need to ALWAYS BRING IT UP. That's what they're going to do from now on I guess. The constant complaint about the "incorrect" chart date is rich coming from someone who thinks the weekend starts on Thursdays (like this post after KOLA announced that the show for the first weekend of February is the 2/9/1985 show): Weekend of Feb 2nd....2/9/85!! No other quoted examples because they've been deleted (the "delete post" option should really be taken away from him).

Going into Casey lite they played Bruce Springfield and the display read 1984 but it was the 1978 original not the remixed hit version.

Alan said there were three Bridge singles omitting Joel's Baby Grand. He could have said it was a single too while talking about how Ray Charles was on it. And by the way, it was Mark who said it.

Oh Mark said countdown Love You Down was following up 'Sheila. RFTW followed Sheila with their Digital Display. Not to mention it's another song they insist on playing the super-long version of .

This entire show has been painfully long. It's :20 past the hour and we haven't gotten to top tenner territory yet. It also started around xx:04, probably because the last song started at xx:59:59 on their clock or something dumb like that.

OMG they played a #14 jingle instead of #15 for Huey's 'Ladder! Not sure it's an OMG worthy error, but it hasn't been fixed yet. Mark said countdown Love You Down followed up first single 'Sheila. RFTW had Bubbled Under before Sheila.
