In her weekly chart screw up Nina said 'King was #22. Thompson Twins were really #17. Then in their ever changing definition of a hit, Nina said Tarzan Boy was it for Baltimora, but that charted twice & Living In the Background snuck onto the Hot 100.

Mark called Survivor's Jim Peterik, Jim Peterman. I wonder if Mark was thinking of the Bills quarterback Nathan Peterman, who threw five interceptions in his only NFL start for the team.

Nina referred to Baltimora as an Irish band. On the real thing from 2/22/86 Casey pointed out Baltimora was an alias for Jimmy McShane.

From what I read, Baltimora looked more like some studio project than a band or an alias for the singer.

The errors, as we well know, are not limited to the countdown.
Yesterday, during regular programming, Alan played "Can't Shake Loose" by Agnetha Faltskog as a lost hit. He then made mention of "her previous hit, I Know There's Something Going On."
Uh, no...

In their ever changing definition of a hit, Mark said Terri Gibbs only had countdown Knockin'. Her follow-up wouldn't make her Rich but that Man would get her on the Hot 100 at #89

They are playing the original charted 1968 (Alan said 1967) version of Guitar Man, not the King's punched up 1981 hit remix. Let's enjoy the correct version... www.youtube.com/watch?v=JacQ4y4C5Ug

Alan said countdown Every Woman was from Life Support. It was really from Air Supply's Lost In Love. And they are playing the album version, not the punched up single mix.

Alan uttered one of his patented early 80s, good bad ugly comments. Then he said three members of ABBA wrote Winner, really only Benny and Bjorn. Then Nina called it 'Winner Takes All' followed by 'Giving It All Up For Your Love' as the title of this week's #8 tune.

What is up with most of the songs preceded by a number jingle not being displayed properly? Like it would show up for apparently a super split second and the display will instead show something like "#7 - #7". It's been happening for a while too. You'd think whoever is putting these together would know the correct order to put the files or whatever. And which version of Don't Stand So Close To Me is correct for that matter.
And it happened again, with the #5 song!
