I know in 2003 (21st century but still Casey-hosted AT40), T.A.T.U. made the top 10 on AT40 with "All The Things She Said".
Shakespear's Sister made the top 10 in 1992 on Casey's Top 40 with "Stay".
Nina Sky made the top 10 in 2004 with "Move Ya Body".

Zhane did it in 1993, on both R and R (#9) and Billboard (number 6) with "Hey Mr. D.J."

Patience and Prudence with "Tonight You Belong To Me". Reached the Top 10 on all four Billboard charts (Most Played By Jockeys, Best Sellers In Stores, Most Played In Juke Boxes, Top 100) in 1956.

I was just relistening to the 8/22/1992 show today, and Shadoe mentioned that Shakespear's Sister was the first of these female duos that were half American/half non-American (British?).

Isn't, "Let's Get Together" credited as a duet? I know it's not...still...

I know technically they're a group, but Heart, since the two vocalists are the Wilson sisters (Ann and Nancy).

The non-American half was Siobhan Fahey, who is (was) married to Dave Stewart of Eurythmics. She was also part of Bananarama. So I'm guessing she is British.

I don't know how it did in Billboard, but in late 2008 or early 2009, The Veronicas almost hit the Top 10 on AT40 with "Untouched."

On Mediabase, it got closer to the top 10 but still missed out... got to #12.

Based on the latest Mediabase chart, it looks like Icona Pop can soon be added to the list.
