OK, this one is a whopper.
Started with Ringo Starr's 'Snookeroo', never heard that originally, 'The No-No Song' made it a double-sided hit soon after. This was followed by McCartney's reentry of 'Sally G'.
A clip from the original version of what Barry Manilow called 'Mandy' as done by Bunny Walters from New Zealand was featured.
#34 was 'I Am Love' Pt. 2, and they chopped off half the opening of that, never mind the 'Pt. 1' slow segment.
Casey mentioned a few weeks before about how Carol Douglas went from nobody to somebody very quickly, like three weeks from recording her very first song to having a hit with it. 'Doctor's Orders was dropping quickly.
Talk about lost hits, this is the first time I have ever heard 'Up in a Puff of Smoke' by Polly Brown. Don't know what the stations in Tucson were smoking here. KTKT 990 and KIKX 580 were the top-40 stations, don't think the program was available for a couple years down there.
More later.

dadetim, are you referring to the 3-5-77 Premiere Radio broadcast or the XM show? I have the Premiere one (except for the 1st hr AT40 extra), and would be happy to dub it for you.
