Over the British Bank Holiday weekend the London based oldies station known as GOLD did a Top 1000 countdown. It's always interesting to see what differences and similarities there are in the history of pop music outside the U.S. This looks to me to be a mainly listener-request based list and not of official U.K sales stats.
The one entry that really caught my eye; #752. Benny Hill?
