Whitney appeared to have gained quite a bit of weight in her final years of her life.

Sad she left us just after filming "Sparkle". I wonder if there will be a tribute to the late singer prior to the closing credits?

"Sparkle" is a remake of a movie that was released in 1976-I belive Irene Cara was one of the stars-There was a top forty hit from the soundtrack written by Curtis Mayfield & performed by Aretha Franklin "Something He Can Feel"-That same song was also a hit for En Vogue in 1992.
