AT40: The 80s Vs. AT40 Flashback

I was just thinking about this this morning...

Has anyone kept track of how many of the "AT40: The 80s" shows are former "AT40 Flashback" shows? If so, can you provide a rundown? Thanks!!!

Actually, I'm surprised...I thought that there were more former FB shows used. But that's probably because of the concentration of them the past couple of months.

^Yeah, this coming week is the first show that was not a 1980 or 1981 show that is also not a former Flashback in over two months.

I'm rather glad that they're going with this one instead of the one from the following week, as that show (11/28/87) contained a very depressing Long Distance Dedication.

I was kind of hoping that they'd do a show from 1984, since it's been longest since we've heard that year, but perhaps they'll do that year soon. I just hope that they don't wait until mid-December to run the December 22, 1984 show.

That's true. During the first fifteen weeks of the show, there was only one show that was a Flashback. I find it kind of a funny coincidence that the concentration of former Flashback shows started around the time I found out that my station ran the show.

By the way, does there happen to be a website anywhere that lists what stations air the old AT40 shows? I'm trying to find a station within my listening area that runs the 70s version of the show.
