What does American Top 40 and the NFL's Cleveland Browns have in common? Well, both were on hiatus for 3 years. As all of us know that AT40 was off the air from January 1995-March 1998. For those of us who are sports fans, the Cleveland Browns moved to Baltimore after the 1995 season and became the Baltimore Ravens, and the Browns were on hiatus for 3 years before they made their comeback in 1999. As far as I'm concerned, I don't look at the Baltimore Ravens as the old Cleveland Browns. In fact, I look at the Ravens as an expansion team, and I look at the current Browns as a continuation of the old Browns, as they kept the logo, colors, team records, and the legacy and heritage of the team.

As a Saint fan, I still remember the horror of giving up the Hail Mary pass from Tim Couch, on Halloween 1999 that gave your new franchise their first win. I still have the welt on my head from it hitting the table in shock. How does a team called Saints lose on a "hail mary" at home?
