I'm curious to know if you had the opportunity to briefly talk to Casey, what would you say to him? Or what would you ask him?

I probably would be speechless ;-)
Really though, I would thank him for creating the show that has been a part of my life for most of my life.

I'd have to tell him that his voice has been the soundtrack to my life. As an avid collector of his shows on CD-R,Casey's voice and those countdowns--mainly the 70's and 80's era--are never far from me. Thanks Casey...

I would probably have a list of questions two weeks long. I would ask him if he ever thought that he would be on the radio in heavy syndication for over 40 years. Did he realize that he created a show based on Pop radio charts, yet in retrospect he became as much a part of Pop culture as the music itself. At what point in time did he realize that he created something larger than a radio show? Those would be the highlights.

Since Casey is a spokesperson for the entire radio industry, I would ask him how/why he things the music industry in popular music has changed so much. I would ask him for trends and what he thinks are the highlights of each era.
