I was wondering if anyone caught the 2012 edition of "New Year's Rockin Eve" over the weekend-Dick Clark was remarkable given his health problems-It'll be interesting to see how much longer he'll be able to co-host with Ryan Seacrest.

I was actually hoping (like I did for Casey Kasem) they would mark 40 years and be through. But I think he really, really likes doing this show each year and I don't know how much work he really has to put in to 5 or 6 minute or two segments a year.

Dick Clark did an amazing job, even though he did start counting down at 15 seconds, but was off-sync a bit until he got to 5 or 6.
I will definitely record New Year's Rockin' Eve every year as long as Dick Clark is still with us. But once he's dead, I am done with recording, and will make way for tomorrow's generation to get into a virtually 100% Ryan Seacrest era. And by then, GSN may be airing a different season of The $25,000 Pyramid.
