Next weekend: June 12, 1982. Last aired in 2013 as an A show. 2017 as a B show. 6/11/1988 is my guess for the "B" show (assuming this weekend's "B" is from 6/7/1986).

Memorial Day special #1: 5/25/02 Extras: Hour #1: "Heaven" - DJ Sammy & Yanou featuring Do Hour #2: "One Last Breath" - Creed Hour #3: "Complicated" - Avril Lavigne Hour #4: "Love At First Sight" - Kylie Minogue I have real surprise about a 2002 pick of all things, but I'll talk about that in the specials thread. More please! I'd like more of these late 90s/early 2000s shows.

6/12/82 optional extras in 2013 & 2017:
"I Know What Boys Like" Waitresses "Abracadabra" Steve Miller Band "Hard To Say I'm Sorry" Chicago "Paperlate" Genesis
I would not be surprised if "Hold Me" Fleetwood Mac, which is one week away from the countdown, is an optional extra next week.

I'm kind of surprised one of these wasn't replaced with Tina Turner's "What You Get Is What You See" as a tribute. I'm not. 1) Because that was neither as big of a hit or is as well-remembered today, it's not a good fit for that, nor is 1987 a good choice of year to tribute with. 2) They probably fulfilled the tribute to her this past week, as far as they're concerned, with rushing "Private Dancer" onto the 1985 show. I'd rather they not have - the keyword is that it was "rushed" out, thus some stations ended up not getting it because they grabbed the show for the week early on and had no reason to check back.

Hi I'm sorry I'm late, I was out of town last weekend, but anyone know WNSN fm aired Tina Turner as opt xtra hour 4? That was a last minute replacement due to her recently passed away.

WVLI aired the Don Henley song as the 4th hour extra as well. I take my original post back. Premiere did NOT have Private Dancer scheduled originally. The cue sheet I got at the beginning of May listed the Don Henley song. The audio on the Premiere FTP was updated on 5/24. I'm going to assume that these stations grabbed the audio before the change was made. I didn't see an email from Premiere listing the change of song so they probably didn't see that Tina was substituted. And KOSF didn't air either one of them. I know they air the OE's inconsistently but they almost never skip the fourth one. Maybe they weren't sure which one they were supposed to air. I wasn't all that disappointed at first because I don't even remember "Not Enough Love In The World" but now I wish I had checked WPNC Monday night or Hits 100 last night .

Hits 100 Aruba played the Tina Turner extra during the airing on Wednesday May 31st.
