Just wondering if the program director at WWIS also despises Cologuard & that's why they opted to run the local commercials yesterday.

I don't think a PD can opt to ditch spots they are under contract to run because they don't like them.
My guess is the International version of the show got put into the show files on the station. Or (less likely) they opted to pull the spots off the show to run them at another time.

So why can't Premiere/iHeart accept radio commercials for Ozempic (with the jingle set to the tune of Pilot's 1975 song "Magic" in its TV commercials) or Ryallsis (not sure I spelled the name right - but it has the "You're Are My Sunshine" song originally from the 1960's musical and later 1960's movie "Paint Your Wagon" done in an alternative rock style in its TV commercials)?

Because they haven't sold commercials to Ozempic.

Or since Summer is over in Black River Falls there are no more ag/ farming/ fishing reports or live remotes the humans at the station decided to take Friday afternoon off to go to the local HS football game and the auto pilot screwed up. You gotta remember at small town stations, the honchos leave early Friday because they need to work Sat AM which a big day with the call in buy/ sell/ swap/ community announcement shows. Folks need a place to plug their garage sale! ...yeah Tony last week I bought a new toaster for $15, but this weekend I'm willing to part with it for $10. My phone # is 555-1212

Not to change the subject, but are there any stations that will be running the 1983 tonight or tomorrow night? (During the day wouldn't be good, since I'm busy for much of tomorrow)

UPDATE: WXXM Rewind 92.1 stays with 10/9/1982 for Sunday morning's AT40: The 80's airing.

KOSF appears to be playing 1985. Not 1982 OR 1983…?

Listening to the 70's show today on WWIS and all national commercials have aired during the airing of the show. There's some other reason why on Friday no national commercials were heard. The first two hours on Friday were close to ending near the top of the hour,it was hours 3 and 4 that went faster.
