In looking over the list of nominees for academy awards, I have noticed 4 charted acts.


Best Actor:

Will Smith #1 on Hot 100 (Getting Jiggy With it, Wild Wild West) Does anyone know his peak on AT40??

Best Supporting Actor:
Eddie Murphy #2, 1985 Party off the Time
Mark Wahlberg #1, 1991 Good Vibrations

Best Supporting Actress:
Jennifer Hudson #87 Hot 100 (And I'm telling you I'm Not Going) Not on AT40 yet

Parents Just Don't Understand hit #12 in 1988. Someone else will have to chime in with the positions of the other two (I would guess that Jiggy did better than that, though).
