When did Casey start mentioning an e-mail address during his Request & Dedications?
Just wondering... posted this in here since I figured it was probably during the CT40 era when he started taking e-mail R&D's. Hopefully one of you will know!

And on a related note (since I'm curious now), when (in the mid to late '90s) did he start and then stop giving the fax number for submitting R&Ds?

97 I believe. I remember the address was Casey4300@aol.com, and then when AT40 came back it became Casey1110@aol.com.
As far as the fax, I don't remember. They still had one when AT40 started but it was phased out then too I believe.

Actually it was in 1995. I have the show when he started doing that.

Casey gave the fax number and the email address on the July 29, 1995 show so it was definitely before then.

I wonder if Casey used "1110" in his email address since 1110 KRLA - Pasadena, California was the station where he was a DJ back in the 1960s?

No. The 1110 in the email is meant to match the P.O. box in the mailing address, which is 1110. On the WW1 shows, the P.O. box was 4300, and the email was casey4300.
