I will be releasing three amazing countdowns the week of Labor Day: 1- The top 100 Country Crossover Artists 1955-2009 With bonus tracks sprinkled throughout, it will tell all about the 100 country artists with the most pop charts success. An EIGHT HOUR spectacular! 2- The top 100 songs by The Jackson Family! Songs from The Jackson 5/Jacksons, Janet, Rebbie, Jermaine and of course Michael. With some nice rare treats included, it promises to be magical. Who will have the most songs ranked in the top 100? And who will have the biggest song? 3- ? Every time I release a trio of specials, I'll have a surprise countdown! Don't miss it!

Dear lord! Not only would that annoy the bejeepers out of everyone, but how could I not include personal No Just No's like Macarena and How Bizarre?!
I will say this... trust me, it'll be an amazing countdown. May not be a top 100 but it'll still rock everyones socks... in a way!

Oh....please do that countdown.....most of those would be songs that hervard does not like because he has more 'no just no' critiques than the rest of us combined! And most of those songs are great songs.......I would pull a Pete Battistini and stay up all night to hear that countdown ;D

lol, I'll think about adding it to the list. How should I rank it though. By their original chart positions? or by the amount of votes a song gets in the NO JUST NO category?

We need to start a thread titled 'no just no' and have people start voting.....might as well make this somewhat scientific...

Well, I'd say that would be unfair, lets just start with anything that got voted no just no and see where that leads us!

Gotta thank Pete for revealing what could the most absurd and dumbest show idea Mr. Michaels has ventured into. From what I'm reading, this sounds like a countdown based on the opinions of a few (facts don't seem to come into play here)& is solely designed to tick other people off. Why do that? This is much lower than Ryan Seacrest territory. IMO, I recommend you abandon this area and come up with something based on fact.

There is no such list. Since I can't quite tell from your response, hopefully you're having a little fun with this too. If you thought I was serious, my apologies.

Yes blackbowl. Pete, Dukedeb and I were kidding. The third countdown is not this concept.
The concept has been chosen, its a Top 50 and thats all I'll say for now.... Maybe I'll do a tease/hint the week before so people can take guesses if they like, but for now... mum's the word.

Well if you've read the other thread, then you know the 3 countdowns... Country Crossover, Jackson Family & Weird Al.
Whats funny is on the Weird Al show there's a few songs you'll hear the parody version of that you heard on the other shows.
Anyhow, they all sound great!
Jacksons countdown has some rare single mixes especially from, but not limited to, the Motown days and depending on time for each segment, sometimes a longer version. Lots of nice Bonus Tracks as well.
Country countdown counts down the artists and I play a select song by each. Alot of times but not always, its their biggest pop hit. Sometimes I picked the biggest country hit to crossover and other times, I picked from neither list just to make it different. Quite a few Bonus Tracks on the show!
Weird Al features the 50 biggest songs he parodied. The rankings are based on the original versions chart action but we hear Weird Al's version... Some killer Bonus Tracks as well!
*** I did not include Polka Medleys in the countdown, that would be unfair as I'd have to take all the originals chart data and they'd have an unfair advantage! I did include his 2 "dual" parodies where he used two songs. One with 2 Red Hot Chili Peppers Songs and one with 2 Milli Vanilli songs. If he had an "underground" parody, meaning it was recorded but refused, I did not include it in the rankings but one or two "may" show up as a Bonus Track.
They'll be posted very soon! PM me if you want more info...
