For fun this July 4 weekend, I went through and compiled a list of feats for the Radio and Records/Mediabase Hot AC chart, which debuted on 4/22/94. Unlike AT20, this considers the entire chart.

So, let's line 'em up and count 'em down...

• Group: Nickelback with 5
  
• Solo Male: Elton John and Rob Thomas with 3. If you consider Santana a solo male, he also had 3

I love it! Thanks for tabulating all of that. I was listening to some old AT20's from various time periods, and one thing I noticed was towards the end of the run of AT20, the chart had definitely picked up. In the early 00's, many songs were spending 15+ weeks at the top, but as we went into the later part of the decade, turnover was quicker and the # 1 spot seemed to have much more action. Of course now, you would never guess that by looking at the AT40 Hot AC chart
