I have seen used editions for sale on Amazon and Ebay.

I left a message for Durkee himself saying he should write a new edition regarding Casey leaving AT40 for the second and final time as well as it's most recent history.

The first time I heard about the book when was Casey mentioned it on AT40 back in late 1999 or early 2000. He mentioned that there was some obscure trivia in it, such as Debbie Gibson being the youngest guest host.

Rob informed me recently that the book is out of print and you might have to try Ebay or somewhere. Mine has been read so much the book and its pages are coming apart...
