Below is a link to a fan's web site, dedicated to Portland (OR) radio station KISN record surveys, where you'll find two photos of Casey.

The first picture appeared on a 1971 KISN singles chart and the other is undated. (It's marked as a Life magazine photograph -- perhaps from the April 26, 2008 Casey Kasem Day celebration in Fenton, Michigan?) Regardless, the later pic gives us an "animated" expression, likely in a playful, Shaggy performance.

I noticed that KISN referred to themselves as "The Good Guys" with the obligatory smiley face-That concept was also used by WMCA in NYC during the 1960's.

The Good Guys slogan was used for a number of years on KIOA in Des Moines when they were on AM940,they use it every now and then on 93.3FM where they are now.
